I’ve always loved design. My artwork is transient; it changes often - allowing me to build a larger skill set, sure. But a few things stay the same: I draw design from nature and from architecture.

While traveling, I made it a point to capture just what those mountains, or that cafe, or that busy street means to the people around it. Much of designing is borne from the same - what makes that logo so appealing?

But enough of the fuzzy stuff. The map below shows only the locations that I’ve worked.

I haven’t worked on every continent, but that’s my goal. I have a strong international design/writing background, working from places like Afghanistan to places like Atlanta. You get the gist. Often, different countries will value different graphic traits. Appealing to an audience in Dubai is very different than appealing to an audience in Mexico City.

Right now, I live on the border between Wales and England in the sunny United Kingdom, but I am originally from Tucson, AZ.

I like to think that I bring the best of both countries into my work, as well as all the places I’ve traveled and worked.

However, it is really the experience I've acquired that shows throughout my portfolio.

I graduated from the University of Arizona and began my career writing proposals for an oil and gas consulting company. This position lead me to working in Kabul, Afghanistan and opening up the company’s new headquarters in Dubai. From there, I began to study the art of graphic design while applying it to both proposals and general marketing material.

After moving to different jobs within multiple industries, I decided that graphic design was my passion. After designing for major companies in the United States (think billions/year revenue), I struck out on my own.

And here I am today, ready to send you a Creative Brief

(whenever you’re ready, that is).
